STINGRAI (Surveillance, Tracking, Intelligence, Network Services, Global Reconnaissance, Analysis and Interception) is a program run by HII's Mission Technologies division. It delivers intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) technology and mission support to U.S. Southern Command across the U.S. Southern Command area of responsibility across Central America, South America, and the Caribbean.
